Featured is a beautiful complete, highly 3D crinoid cup, collected from
the famous Osgood Formation in Napoleon, Indiana. The cup is complete.
Emerging from the matrix within the cup is what appears to be the anal
sac. There are several holes drilled into the cup by some sort of
predatory critter. This is just an interesting fossil to observe and
study.
The specimen was professionally prepared by Marc Behrendt.
There is absolutely no restoration on the specimen or matrix.
