This is a large, nearly complete, highly inflated, 3D Calymene celebra
from the Springfield Dolomite in western Ohio. The trilobite is
complete, but displays some weathering. Please keep in mind that
dolomite trilobites do not have shell preserved, instead what we see is
the internal mold of the shell.
This specimen was professionally prepared by Marc Behrendt and has no
restoration to the bug or matrix.
