This is one of the more amazing pieces I have seen from the Mount Orab
trilobite beds. There were 3 trilobites exposed when the rock was
split, two on one half, and one on the other half. And, all were
upright. If I were to move one of the bugs to the other piece, they
would have been inverted or been buried head first!
The trilobites are as described above; the quality can
be examined in the photographs.
Flexicalymene doubles are quite uncommon, triples being very rare.
This is a very striking piece!
