Featured is a prone
Devonian trilobite that was surface collected from the famous Haragan
Shale in Clarita, Oklahoma. This large-eye form’s faceted
eyes are very well preserved. This bug was on this small chip of
limestone, and is essentially complete, except for the flaw on the
thorax and the lower rim of the cephalon that is absent.
This trilobite was professionally prepared by Marc
Behrendt and has no restoration to the bug or matrix. This is a very
fine piece!
