Featured is a trio of uncommon trilobites from the famous Oklahoma Bromide Formation. Homotelus are found in a very hard, cherty limestone and are very difficult to prepare.  This is a rare multiple that is quite nice.  The specimen on one side is prone and absolutely fabulous. On the other side is a prone but scrunched specimen plus a third bug that  is enrolled, the front half of the specimen on this side, with the pygidium that is slightly separated from the thorax on the other side of the matrix. The bulging eyes are especially well preserved on the prone and enrolled bugs.

This specimen was obtained from an old collection and reprepared professionally by Marc Behrendt.  There is no restoration on this uncommonly fine trilobite specimen!

The pictures illustrate the quality of this piece.
